If you haven't had sex in the last 3 months or if even longer, then the lack of physical contact won't just make you depressed, it might be killing you.

Researchers at University's Feinberg School of Medicine in Chicago found that lack of sex can kill your immune system, destroy your testosterone levels making you weaker and less sexually desirable and greatly increase your risk of heart attack.

The pain and frustration of not having sex can literally shave years off your life and tell your body to "shut down" as if it's preparing for death.

If you've been without intimacy for a long time, you're not alone. 72% of single men reported not having slept with a woman in 3 months or longer.

Most said were just waiting around for the "right break" hoping to get lucky and that a woman would eventually come their way, even though it rarely (if ever) happened.

If you'd like to boost your sex life and enjoy some hot fun under the sheets, one man claims to have found a "loophole" that makes it easy.
